Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and dispatch from our fulfillment partners.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated shipping times vary by destination:

United States & Europe: 7–15 business days
International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Parlez Vous Anglais is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policy.
